The office where I work had similar problems. The landlord was getting pretty frustrated by it. What finally worked was having someone come out when it was raining and go into the attic. The water was coming in at once place and traveling to another before leaking into the building. They also discovered one of the leaks was coming from the air conditioner, not from rain. (Some of the leak damage was pre-existing.) You may just need to do some detective work since it sounds like replacing the roof isn't the answer.
Since your leaks remain in the same places after numerous roof replacements and repairs, I don’t think it is the roof.
Do you have overhead plumbing in your bathroom that could be leaking? If you have access to the attic over your bathroom, you might be able to get a better idea as to where the water is coming from.
The leak at your front door could be coming through your door framing or Window framing from the floor above it. I would have the leak to your light fixture traced to its source which will mean opening up some ceiling and wall space.
If it turns out that all this water is indeed coming from faulty roofing, the roofing company should make it right.
I hope that helps

I REMEMBER SOME YEARS AGO MY COUSINS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, THEY CALLED A PLUMBER AND FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS A PIPE IN THE WALL. GOOD LUCK
