First, are your gutters clean of debris!? Otherwise find some aluminum corner strips, place just under edge of shingle n other side over gutter edge n screen or nail in place mainly on shingle side!

Whoever installed the roofing or gutters forgot to install gutter drip edge flashing. One part slips under the roofing the other into the gutters.
