a Spirit level. Slope away from house for rain water run off.Helpful Reply -

The slow way is to attach a level onto a long 2x4 and lay it down on the pavers. When you spot the low ones, prize it /them out of the ground. Add gravel, sand, or soil, replace the paver and make sure it is in line with the others.Helpful Reply -
