Naomie hit the nail on the head! Best to research and do the changes needed now so you don't have this problem continuously through the years. Though it may be a bit expensive, in the long haul it will be worth it to you and the investment in your property.
Neighbors had the same problem they advertised for clean fill as well as having a truck load or two of top soil delivered, Build up that yard.
You need clean fill dirt, now, or open an ice skating rink in the winter.
