How to get rid of Air in outside faucets?

So many spurts of air in outside faucets,i can't use my pressure washer.Not any air in inside plumbing.

  Thanks for replies,but this has been going on for about three years and getting worse every year.It seemed to start not long after a new captive air tank was installed.I have checked pressure above the bladder several times and it has been within specs.The spurts of air happen ONLY one both outside faucets and not at all at any inside fixtures.

Sounds like it is the captive tank causing the problem.
