If you're referring to above ground, outside walls lacking sufficient insulation, you can purchase pre-slit foam pipe wrap at home and hardware stores. It comes as straight strips,

"T-" Shapes, curved corner shapes, etc. Cut it to length, wrap around pipe, pull back the self sealing strip covering and push together.

You'll need to know diameter of your pipes, lengths and styles needed.

If you have obstructions, you'll need to carefully measure, mark, and cut to fit, using a box cutter or similar or a cutting board, etc.

Leave sink base cabinets open so room heat can reach them. Wrap hand towels around sink faucets if needed for additional insulation.

If temps are excessively cold, you may need to let the faucet drip throughout the period of deep freeze.

When I had a cottage we used styrofoam covers especially for pipes. They are split on one side and you stretch them over your pipes.

Christine...They can be wrapped....just make sure they are well covered. Hardware stores can help you if you explain to them what your issue is.
