Where is it leaking from? If it was me I would consider replacing the garbage disposal, they really are not that expensive.
Ask a repair man for help. It maybe a gasket, or nuts that are not tightened. I would be very safe, to ask for help, vs being sorry, and not doing this right. Best wishes, J.
See if you can tell where it's leaking from. You might have to just tighten the gaskets. If you call a service man you have to pay for him to come tighten a screw. If you know someone who will come look at it for you for a batch of chocolate chip cookies, well I call that a deal...
