Hi, Julie! I agree... it sounds as if the gutters are clogged with debris. There is a wand for a garden hose with a 90* angle on it so you won’t have to climb a ladder (unless it’s a two-story house!)... when you get the gutters cleaned out, get the screens that cover the gutters. well wort it.
I always have my gutter cleaner also use the hose to clean out the gutter and downspouts, to make sure its flowing right.
