Push the pipe into the pipe & pour an acid or strong vinegar down the pipe & leave it for the day. Pull the length of rope out with the rope attached. Most of the fats & wax will pull trough to the out side? There should be quit a lot of gunk on the ball that is extracted. If it still not clean repeat the operations again till clean.
There is a chance that your problem extends into the community sewer lines, or to can check with them on their maintenance schedule and routine clear out of sewers. Ground settling and such can alter the run off angle and cause back ups too. My mama said don't put grease in the sink or down the toilet.....
