Are you talking about the water lines outside the tank?If your talking about the wax seal....yes, the toilet has to be physically lifted off the flange to replace the wax seal. Heres the detailed instructionshttps://home.howstuffworks.com/home-improvement/plumbing/question504.htmHelpful Reply -
