The toilet is leaking.it is impossible to replace the rubber seal

The outside toilet is leaking. It is impossible to replace the rubber seal by removing the pipe and refit another pipe with a seal. Is there any way to seal the toilet?

Are you talking about the water lines outside the tank?If your talking about the wax seal....yes, the toilet has to be physically lifted off the flange to replace the wax seal. Heres the detailed instructionshttps://home.howstuffworks.com/home-improvement/plumbing/question504.htm -
