put baking soda down drain... follow w/ a LITTLE hot vinegar at a time... will bubble... when bubbling stops, pour more vinegar... when no more bubbling.. put more baking soda down.. then repeat process... works great.

    Better than draino!!

Get one of those 36" plastic drain snakes with all the little barbs along the sides, and remove the hair periodically from those drains. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuXvZM--HRc I got mine at the Dollar Tree.

You can get drain covers that fit over the drain, they have small holes to let the water drain but nothing else. I use on in the tub, especially for dog washing.

Hi Billy, they make great little (and very inexpensive) hair catches that fit just about any drain in your house. I keep one in every single drain I have because I have such long hair.
