It's possible but we just put pads on floor and place rug on top.
Normally all you have to do is set the rug on top.
I have used hot glue to glue non skid pads on rugs. I found that the honeycomb rubber shelf pads work great as non slip on rugs. A bead of hot glue around the perimeter and several lines in the field of the rug. Place the pad on the rug and press in place. Tried once to place the rug on the pad but it cushioned to much and the glue didn't take as well.
Hello, you should just be able to place it under the mat and it will grip, no glue necessary
I would use hot glue as I am literally about to do this myself because, with our hardwoods and the combo I guess of the non slip mat and rug we have its just not working lol and its really annoying!
