Not without damaging the plate itself. Use another microwaveable plate, or get a stack of paper plates, heat up your food and transfer to the pretty gold rimmed plate for serving.
The microwave can also damage the porcelain itself. Porcelain is a fragile and brittle material and even without gold decoration is not conducive for microwave use.
