You can try a hand held steamer which uses heat and moisture to relax the fabric and release the wrinkles....available at Walmart, Amazon, and probably stores like Bed, Bath and Beyond.
I have a plastic chair mat under my computer desk that the edges are curled and won't lay flat. Have been unable to bend them back as the plastic is hard

You can also use this steamer on clothing.
A wrinkle releasing spray may work too. Be sure to test first for colorfastness.

Spitz with water.
Steamer! Or take down and run through the wash - don't overload, and hang up damp right out of the washer.
A small handheld steamer would be the best and easiest route but you could try lightly spraying them with water as well.
Just spray them with spray bottle on mister setting.
