Most affordable tools has to be Harbor Freight. Many times their tools will do the job. Do you have one nearby? If not, there may be an independent seller of similar tools for low prices near you.
garage sales, yard and estate sales often have lots of tools available at very reasonable prices....second hand stores such as Goodwill or Salvation Army are possibilities also.

additionally they can be rented at several locations including certain designated Home Depot locations.
