    call a few furniture repair shops, some will do the needed repairs, and re re-glaze the mirror, if you ask them to.

    Venetian mirrors are very specific. I’d suggest you Google repairing Venetian mirrors, see the responses close to home, look for reviews of their work, pack it (and the pieces) carefully and take a drive.
    You take your good jewelry to a specialist. I’d want to take this to someone who has all the right tools and parts. And credibility.
