silicone caulking for outdoor use. However, if the window has water vapor inside, when you seal it, it'll still be in there
The seal between the glass has failed. The inert gas (usually Argon) has leaked out and replaced by air. Also the insulating property is compromised. No way to fix or seal the glass panel. The glass panel (not the whole window) would need to be replaced or learn to accept it. I know Ace Hardware sells replacement double glass panels. They also install. Cheaper than a glass company.
I believe there is a video on Pinterest to show you what to do, but if like me you don't fancy doing it yourself, Use a hairdryer to try to dry out the condensation, and once that has gone you could seal the spot with Bathroom Sealant. clear waterproof...... This is a temp fix.
We had the same thing happen to our double paned windows. We called all over town for advice and was told the same thing. Once the seal is broken between the panes the glass will have to be replaced. You will always have condensation between the glass if you don't replace the window.
i was told this can't be repaired when I had the same problem.
