Moisture in between your windows. Can you use a hair dryer to dry it?

    If it's in the space between double-paned windows, no. The seal is broken, and the glass must be replaced.

    Well, I would try before you buy.... What harm can it do.............? It might work and if it does then seal it with clear sealer.

    The moisture between your windows is because the seal has loosened. The moisture will return. It can be fixed without getting new windows. Call a glazier. If you don't fix it, your windows will eventually become cloudy as the minerals from the water build up on the glass.
