You will have to take the door off in order to do this. Figure out what weather strip you want to use, then follow instructions to replace the existing weatherstrip.
You can purchase the correct sized weather stripping for doors at your local hardware store. Remove what you have and take it to the store to make sure you get the correct one.
Not hard. Can you just replace the rubber part, or does the rest need to be unscrewed and taken off? The rubber part is found at big box diy stores, and the new plate as well. You may need a saw with a metal cutting blade if you need to replace the metal part. I had to trim to fit on a couple doors.
