How can I repair window screens that fall in when the wind blows?

Does anyone know how to repair window screens that fall in when the wind blows? The plastic tabs were brittle and are now broken can I use Velcro dot tabs to fix. the house is only 10 yrs.please if anyone has a cheap fix let me know.thanks

There are replacement plastic clips you can buy. I've seen them at Home Depot.
If it's windy, I doubt the velcro will hold them. You might seek out replacement clips.
