I have a weathered outside door that's has UV stress all over it. I also have a pretty good crack in it too. What can I do to restore it? It's also heavy.

You can sand and repair while on the hinges. Then clean with TSP and refinish. Make sure you get something that is designed for doors.
You could fill the crack with wood fill then sand the door then paint it
The crack will stay noticeable unless you fill the crack and sand it down good so that it is smoothed out.
