How can I makeover these front steps?
What can I do with these front steps to make them better without taking them out? I have a small budget of $259.
Hire a carpenter to build new ones.

Paint or stain them.
Add risers, then a stain to make them the same tone and add a finish coat.
Paint them with a nice chalk paint
get some batting and fabric and upholster them after you paint or stain the frame to match your decor.
