Tip: I Keep a Microfiber Mop Cloth Under a Rolling Cart in My Kitchen
It is out of sight, but I can reach it with my foot and slide it around to immediately clean up my wood floor when something is spilled or dropped. Then I just slide it back under the cart. I have 2 cloths so I always have one at the ready. I change them when I get around to actually vacuuming and mopping.

Great idea! I keep a couple of old hand towels hanging under the sink for this very purpose or to wet and mop up dry doggie paw prints! -
