I've had very good luck with Rustoleum's Tub and Tile Kit on my kitchen backsplash tile. Almost a year now and holding up very well

Without a picture, I would agree with the previous posts
Painting ceramic tile, requires a “tile painting kit.”
One has to follow directions to a T.
Cleaning the surface to perfection is also very important.
