Horrible. I know how to do it. I just didn't want to. I hired 2 different guys and ended up firing them both.
How do i remove excess grout where my tile guys put too much in ?
They didn't even use spacers. I fired them both and did the walls myself. After these guys left me deeper in debt and with nothing but a mess, I need help!

Amy... Use warm water and wip over the tiles with a sponge. Then use some fine steel wool and rub gently over the grout. Should begin to come off. Once you have finished wipe over with damp rag and allow to dry. Good luck!
If your tile guys did it (and you paid them for their work) I suggest you get them
back to correct it.

Not sure what you are asking but these will remove some grout.
Use Goo Gone and a metal scraper to remove. Also, please report these people to some type of authority so they don't continue to do this to others. Go on Yelp, BBB, NextDoor Digest or something to report them.
