If I had just one twin foot board, I'd put it in my garden to have a vine run up it or as a backdrop for a flowering shrub I wanted to draw attention to.
You could use it as an "edge" or end to one area of a patio or porch area. Decorate it with paint color you love, or add stencils or decoupage to make it a real creative piece you'll enjoy looking at. You could even add a shelf or two and place plants on it. Use it as a mini-wall to separate one area from another in or outside your home. It could be a real focal point or backdrop for some lawn chairs.

You can use them as a coat rack. Attach hooks and hang on the wall. They can also make nice chalkboards depending on the shape.
