Hi Denise - If you have an old window, first paint it or do anything you want to do to the wooden frame. Then, add your photos or art behind the glass! You can add a picture hanging wire to the back and then hang it on the wall - just be sure to hang it on a stud or use anchors because it might be heavy!
There are so many ways to do this, Denise. Take a look at what other people have done. I went to a wedding where they had used a french door and had pictures of the Bride and Groom as they grew up! Was so pretty everyone was talking about it!
