Hi Sandra. I'm Cindy. Cut your plastic bags into thin strips. Tie 3 of them together and begin braiding them. Put a dab of glue every couple inches. Wind your braid by starting in the center and working your way out. When you get to the ends, just tie more strips on and continue braiding and winding. You can make rugs using this process.
