Replace it. It's done it's time no reason to save. Laminate has come a long way and at home Depot the have ready to use countertops you just need to make hole for a drop in sink. And at the same time install modern faucets. I'm doing this and cabinets are oak so no need to get rid of them they just need a good scrubbing and light sanding and appropriate primer and paint. So save where you can and replace what needs replacing. -

If you can't afford to replace it, laminate can easily be painted.
