A nice sewing/ crafting table could be made if you can glue and clamp the pieces together if cut to a 4' or 6' length. Depending on how nice the wood is and the colour, even a rustic kitchen table! If for a crafting table, you can buy folding table legs to attached underneath and the table can be folded and stored when you're not using it!
I made a double coat rack with cute hooks and a painted plank. Narrow picture shelvers also be a great project.
