Wash it, sand it or apply a sanding degreaser product to remove any gloss that may be left on the door finish, wipe it down well to remove all sanding residue, apply a product to kill mold/mildew spores according to directions, use a stain-killing oil-based primer, and then apply using a good quality outdoor acrylic enamel paint. Lots of steps. Could you possibly recover the door using thin-cut (5/8ths inch) wood, laminate flooring cut to size, beadboard or some other hardy covering? (one that would hold up to wear and tear)? Then you could skip all of the steps except cleaning and applying the mold/milder spore-killing product before applying the new "camo" cover.

If your trailer is actually new and you did not buy it "as is", you need to take it back to where you bought it and have them give you a new door. Also, you need to determine why you have mildew. Maybe there is a leak around the door? This needs to be addressed or you will have mildew again.
