Measure we’re you want them then cut them about 6 inches longer measure one perfect then hang it if it’s good measure all the rest off that one
If the panels have weights in the bottom, and if you cut off the bottom length including the weights, they will not open and close as easily afterwards. The weights also help to prevent twisting of the panels. It would be better to re-hem each panel shorter, rather than simply cutting shorter, so that the weight can again be reinserted after the length is shortened.
