Where can I buy strong magnetic curtain rods?

WalMart, Menards, Target and Amazon have them.

You can also try Lowes and Home Depot.

You can buy rare earth magnets, drape the canvas over any rod, and hold in place with a pair of magnets at several locations.

You might also consider extension rods. They make ones that screw in or out to tighten or loosen the rod. The more you screw it out the tighter it gets. They even make these for shower curtains.

I just looked and Wayfair has some for $50. Not sure what price you're looking at.

Lena....I have seen them at Amazon....not sure how strong they are though. Might just Google and read plus check reviews!

Hi! Lots of great advice, and I have had good luck with the ones I have purchased. If you provide additional support with a large Command hook in the middle, they hold better, distributing the weight on them. I have also recently found hooks that have super strong magnets that you can use to help support them. The ones I have, were designed for bbq grills, but are great on metal doors. I'll try to add a picture.
