How can I prevent glare from coming from my textured glass sidelights?
I have a panel of textured glass next to my front door (approx 1.5 ft by 5 ft). Unfortunately it gets the morning sun and creates a glare that I'd like to subdue. I would have liked to use window film but I don't believe it'll stick to textured glass. This is just a temporary update I'd like to do, plan to permanently replace with glass blocks. I appreciate all input! Mahalo

I wonder if you could build a simple lightweight frame and then staple window film to that? There is film I have seen that looks like stained glass. That would look very pretty!

The film will stick to the un-textured side of the glass - assuming one side is smooth.
If you mask everything off around it you could use frosted glass spray paint. Etching glass would work but it is expensive for a fairly small container.
You can use transparent contact paper.
