So, grab some chickenwire and get ready to craft!
1. Chicken wire centerpiece
Step 1: cut down
First, grab some chicken wire and cut it down to size.
Step 2: attach
Next, create a short fat tube. To attach the tube cut down some wire and twist it to secure.
Step 3: mold
After that, mold your shape. Pinch in the bottom and press down to round it out. Pinch in the top to a point (it should look like the above picture).
Step 4: spray paint
Next, add some spray paint!
You can make these in all shapes and sizes! Add some fairy lights or keep them plain. This pumpkin arrangement is the perfect centerpiece for your fall tablescape.
2. Fall wreath
Step 1: cut down
First, grab some chicken wire and cut it down.
Step 2: roll & attach
Next, roll the chicken wire into a long skinny tube and attach it using wire.
Step 3: add pine cones
After that, add some pine cones, acorns, or other fall decor!
Step 4: cut off the excess
Next, wrap the tube around so it creates a circle & cut off the excess so it doesn't have any jagged edges.
Step 5: attach ends
After that, attach the ends using wire to finish off the circle.
Step 6: add burlap
Next, add an accent bow! I used burlap but you could use any ribbon you want!
Step 1: remove the glass
First, grab 4 dollar store frames and remove the glass.
Step 2: remove pegs
After that, clip off the pegs.
Step 3: cut to size
Next, cut the chicken wire to fit the frame.
Step 4: staple
After that, attach it to the frame using staples.
Step 5: trim & repeat
Next, trim any excess edges that are sticking out & repeat it on all 4 frames.
Step 6: hot glue
Following that, hot glue the frames together creating a box.
Step 7: spray paint
Next, spray paint them any color of your choosing, I also distressed mine using sandpaper.
Step 1: cut down
First, cut down the chicken wire.
Step 2: twist
Next, create a cone shape by twisting the chicken wire.
Step 3: trim
Following that, trim off the top of the cone so it's a straight edge.
Step 4: add decor
After that - fill the cornucopia with some decor.
I chose to fill mine with faux pumpkins and gourds but the possibilities are endless.
5. Fall sign
Step 1: staple
First, staple some chicken wire to an old frame.
Step 2: trim
Next, trim off any jagged edges.
Step 3: measure
After that, measure the frame and create or purchase words that will fit inside it.
Step 4: attach
To attach your saying - cut down some wire and pinch it in so it looks like a staple. Twist it around the ends of the letters.
Step 5: add decor
