Lawn question

3po3 on Feb 26, 2012Pictures would probably help, but it sounds like you have a drainage problem, and water from all over your property is draining to this spot, where it can't go anywhere. So I think you need to get a French drain or similar system put in, but for dealing with the drainage on your whole property, not just this spot. You can search at the top of the page for landscapers and other contractors in your area who can help with this.Helpful Reply

3po3 on Feb 27, 2012Doesn't look like anything dramatic here. Definitely seems like it's worth having a couple of landscapers out there to offer a plan for you, and give you some estimates.Helpful Reply

Douglas Hunt on Feb 28, 2012You have a straight shot to the street, so as long as it is downhill you should have a fairly easy fix.Helpful Reply
