KMS Woodworks on Mar 05, 2012Like a shade awning? I have seen some use triangular "wings" that have support poles. A pair of guy ropes keep every thing tight for wind and proper water drainage. http://www.awnings-usa.com/kookaburra-waterproof-sail-shade-ivory-p-26133.html?src=list_img&cPath=2372Helpful Reply

Dfm on Feb 14, 2016i would check with a professional garden supply house-the ones who make grow houses. many time you can find left over shade cloth pieces for a good price. pvc pipe is cheep in my area...it cuts easily w/ a hand saw, or wooden frame, configure a frame for the shade cloth, oh by the way shade cloth fasteners are available they wrap around the pipe, and click to lock the cloth in between the teeth. you choice to have it free standing on pvc legs, or wood or atatched to buildingHelpful Reply
