Rose disease

My climbing roses are getting a gray webbing on them and it looks like itskilling them. will the spray seven kill what ever that is? I hate them to die.

You definitely need to figure out what the problem is before you treat it, Denise, and I'm afraid I'm not sure from your description what it might be. Is it possible for you to post a photo? It sounds possibly like powdery mildew, in which case you would need to use a fungicide, not an insecticide.
