Wendy B on Jun 16, 2013I had green water so thick I thought it was hopeless but felt afraid of the additives because I LOVE my fish! I finally opted for a couple tiny, inexpensive bales of barley straw. 2 weeks later I thought it was wasted money, but was told to give it a month. Not quite a month into and I have to tell you, the water is crystal clear! Absolutely perfect! I am in shock and just wanted to share that with you! Best of luck!Helpful Reply
