Clean grout hard (iron) water stains?
We have a shower that has laminate side and flooring. The areas were grout is has turned orange/Black. I have used vinegar applied with toothbrush, Granite Gold grout cleaner. Both with little to no result... Help! Even used Brillo pad.

The grout is probably stained. I like these:

Is that grout or is it caulk? Most laminate shower surrounds have seams that are caulked with silicone caulk, not grout.
Try Zud. I have rust and hard water stains at my lake house and this stuff removes it. Get the liquid form not the powder. You can buy it at Amazon.
Perhaps you'll find a solution here: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=remove+iron+stains+from+grout
Try Iron out
I agree with Kal. It is probably caulk and not grout. It wouldn't make any sense to use grout around some type of laminate or fiberglass. At any rate I would simply scrape it out of there and redo it.
I have hard water with a lot of iron, when it comes to caulk there is not much you can do but replace it. Iron Out and Wink are great on other bathroom surfaces for removing iron. I also have a water softener that removes a lot of the iron, from Culligan that is a life saver, they even maintain the system, before I installed it I could not even wash clothes at home, had to use a laundry service.
Make a paste of baking soda and peroxide then apply it to your grout with a toothbrush. Let it sit a little and then remove with a clean cloth.
Purchase a grout pen. They're cheap and should do the job. Check amazon or ebay. Some discount stores in the UK do them too.
This is how I do it: How to Clean Grout
My shower is sealed with water proof silcone caulking not grout. You could always try to remove the old "grout" and replace with fresh "grout".
Have you tried baking soda and hydrogen peroxide? Tough scrub brush helps too: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/clean/bathroom/diy-grout-cleaner-44693701

This one uses baking soda and vinegar

I think it may be caulk. I would remove it and reapply new caulking.
You can try the cling toilet bowl gel. Let it sit overnight then scrub a bit and rinse.

Hands down, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Grab an old toothbrush, a little scrubbing and it’ll be like new again. Be sure to seal it up after. Things like vinegar or similar acids can damage and dissolve grout, they should be avoided.
Hi Susan, hope this helps you. Grout cleaner Combine two parts hydrogen peroxide with one part baking soda. I started with 1 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide. Add 2 tsp dish soap to this, and mix well. (you may need to make a few different batches of this depending on how big of an area you are doing). A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY
Work in a small area at a time. Use your hand or a spoon to add a little bit of the cleaner to the grout, and spread along each line. A little bit goes a long way! You don’t need to get a bunch on the tile, but do try to make sure all of the grout is covered. Let this sit for 5-10 minutes. Set a timer and go about your homemaking! This is part of what takes so long, it’s not necessarily labor intensive, but you have to work in small areas and let each area sit for 5-10 minutes at a time.Don’t skip this part because, this his how the solution works. After its sat use a scrub brush to scrub down each grout line. It should only take a few scrubs down each line before you start to see a difference and you can literally see it whiten and brighten right before your eyes. Make sure to scrub all of the grout on each line between your tiles.
