I have an orange tree leaves are crinkled up? what to do?

the tree is loaded with the small oranges, but the leaves are "crinkled"
and has brown areas.....any ideas to healthen up the tree?.

    The oak leaves on our MI property are crinkled too. I am "assuming" this is a blight. Our weather had been very strange this year, lots of rain and cold....talk to a plant nursery and see if you should fertilize....

    Elizabeth, it's possible your orange tree has citrus leaf miners or aphids. In either case, the damage is more unsightly than significant. The leaf miners can be dealt with with horticultural oil (make sure to check the label for temperature restrictions before applying), and aphids can often be dealt with with a good blast of water.
