The bug I have never seen before here in Al. they look exactley like the water bug/roach that are small (not the well known sewer or wood Roach that are approx an inch in length) these smaller water roach relatives are twins in size approx one half inch in length. TOTALLY resistant to sprays that kills water bugs and sewer roaches...HELP!

You need to trap one in a jar and send it to your cooperative extension service or a local pest company for advice. Not all chemicals work on all types of bugs. And if your over the counter products are not doing the job at hand, I would suggest that you get an expert in to do this for you. Way to often people use over the counter chemicals unwisely. Not seeing any kill going on tells them to add more. Which not only violates the use of the product in which it was intended, but can cause other health risks to pets and children as a result. Without seeing the bug you will find no answer to how to treat it properly. As sight unseen is not the way to do this.

Where are you seeing them and can you send me a picture. It is either an oriental roach, commonly called a water bug. Or a German Roach which normally are brown but they can be darker after molting. When do you see them. Is it possible that you are mistaking ground beetle for a roach. They are we a black bug similar in appearance to a roach to an untrained eye m\If you can get a picture top me my email is tom@kellerpest.com if I can identify it I can help with recommendations for resolution of the pest issues.
