How to organize my crocs?

Sandy
by Sandy
I have about 15 (!) pairs of Crocs and a very small closet. I need IDEAS on how to store them, and be able to get to them, since I wear them ALL the time!
Please don't suggest under the bed because there's no room under there, either!
(Long story; my life has been condensed into a 10' x 13' room!) Thanks! Sandy

Hang them high! Get a tension curtain rod that will fit your closet, either side to side or front to back. Run it through your flip flop straps, and secure it by twisting the rod to make it tight.

Buy a large hook and a 6 foot length of chain to hang in your closet. Use "S" hooks to secure your crocs to the chain. Or use the short bungee cords to wrap around each pair and hook to the chain.

Perhaps you just have too many crocs?

I berlieve they have pockets in cloth that fit on the back of doors...put your crocs in those. Also I think Susasn B has a good idea with the chain and S hoops. Do you have room for a bookcase in your room.....shoes will fit on the shelves of bookcases. If you have an armour, even better. How bout two shelves on the bottom of your closet for your shoes.

Buy a bean bag chair, dump out the beans and put your crocks inside. It will look like a chair, not take up much room, light to kick out of the way.

you can mount coat hooks along the base board on the walls of your closet. Then you can hang your Crocs on them. You can see the image if you click on the following link from pinterest https://www.pinterest.com/pin/Acq55ag6M_pqj6t...

Sandy, it sounds like you have a small closet also. There are shoe racks you can hang over or screw into the backside of the closet door so that your shoes are readily available and do not take up any space at all except on the inside of the door. You can purchase these online or in a department store. they come in many styles.

Sandy if that is the case, do you have space on one of your walls to make a faux closet or even just to hang a multi shoe rack on the wall? You can make a frame on the wall, attach the shoe rack inside the frame and either us e fabric or whatever to cover the opening, or just hang the shoe rack and use a curtain rod and holders to cover, hope this gives you some ideas to use. The other thing would be to hang the rack on the inside of another closet door unless you have all sliding closet doors good luck.

Crikey, you must love your Crocs Sandy! You are speaking of shoes and not Crock Pots, right? You mentioned a closet, so I'm going to assume you mean footwear, as the closet seems like the Croc's natural habitat. My only suggestions would be a mounted shoe rack to the back of the closet door. I know how important it is to know where all your Crocs are at and have them organized, as you don't want to end up like Steve Irwin and spend all day attempting to find that perfect Croc!!

Sandy, buy a see-through plastic shoe bag, the one with a back panel and pockets sewn on the front, and hang it behind your door, you can also make one with as many pockets needed. Grace . Calgary AB
