Pursalean not sure if it is the right spelling, it is a low growing plant apparently good in salads

It's also called pig feed. In Spanish it's called Verdolaga. Can be consumed in a salad. It is has many nutrients. But be carefull with the imitation. If it has a milky substance it not the real thing. You can get rid of it. The original does not have the milky substance. Also the stem looks a little purple when in the sun. I use it in my salad. Very delicious. Try it. Belinda Puerto Rico

It is Boxwood and I would not eat it. Prune it into any topiary or miniature hedge that you want

It is definitely boxwood makes a nice shrub, can be shaped and pruned any way you like

Definitely not Escallonia. Escallonia has fine notches around the outside of the leaf. This is Boxwood.
