Any ideas on what to use empty prescription pill bottles for?
I use them for making chimneys etc on fairy houses or I use them for making paper mache animals using the bottles for the bodies or in some cases the legs before you mache over them
I used them to hide spare keys.

A Genius Way To Hide Your Spare Key
I take all of the prescription info off and wrap them in washi tape. They are the perfect size for holding around $10 in quarters. So, don't leave quarters lying around my house, lol. I've used them on road trips for vending machines or tolls. Also, when someone I know is in the hospital and have family waiting in the waiting room for an extended period of time, I usually bring them a snack basket and stick one of my quarter pill bottles in it.
Thank you, Candy, for sharing this! I actually have used this one myself. I live in an apartment complex with a laundromat so I keep bottles in my purse and car to collect quarters for washday! -Fran
You're welcome!
craft projects. Kids glue them together, paint them and make pencil holders for Dads or tiny vases for cuttings for Mom. Glue 5 or 6 together to make it stable.
can wrap with ribbon or twine
On one of the clay sites I follow a woman posted this as a suggestion for repurposing old medicine /pill bottles. Here the link: “Bottles of Hope” http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/BOH.htm

I keep one in my sewing supplies. They are perfect for holding bent, broken, dull needles and pins. The bottles are sturdy and the lids tight.
Hi Fran,
Tape them together and use them for things like Pens/ Pencils etc.
