Hope you had a great Christmas!

Creative minds think alike. I cleaned and stowed everything away once and couldn't find a thing. Now it's all better again all over the place.
I had that a lot until I bought some shelving and bins and moved it all into a craft room (spare bedroom). wow no more clutter and it is organized into a room. When I want to do a project, I bring it out and complete before I bring out another. I have my livingroom and diningroom back for entertaining.
Creative minds are rarely tidy they say .....I say I agree ....with whoever " they " are : ) ........(because by this standard I'm creative genius lol )
It's so good to know I'm not alone. My bedroom is very large so it has naturally become my craft room too. (or at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!) What a mess but it's a creative mess! Have a wonderful holiday season and a fantastic New Year to all.
...and everything in its place...yeah right. EVERYTHING IN ITS OWN TIME. Now I have to find my round-to-it. Happy New Year to all y'all!
I love that! My mother was never one for crafts - of any sort - she excelled in the kitchen. And she always had an immaculate home! LOL Never a stray thread or bits of paper on the floor, no boxes of supplies or paint splatters etc. She's 90 now and I don't think she'd appreciate that particular saying on the fridge but it'll live in my heart!
I have a theory that the creative (aka crafty) gene skips a generation. I take after both my Grandmothers. They sewed, crocheted, canned, baked, did all sorts of things - one especially LOVED glitter! My sons weren't interested in crafts but my grandson loves craft time!
I am a real "foodie"! I love to cook, I used to bake more when I was young and made healthy creations. I still eat healthy, going to start a pot of Mexican chicken soup before I try to finish up a few things around the house...my house used to be immaculate - and then, twins + one!
I am unhappy with Hometalk. Ideas sound good, but there is no way to see the pictures along the way.
Yes, Window 10. Thank you. The idea sounded great but there was no picture and only part of the instructions appeared way, way, way down the article.
Sounds like a cute idea. I just need to see it and be able to read about it instead of imagine.
