Do you have a Habitat For Humanity store in your area?Take the measurements there and ask if they have something that size. The other options are custom build or used!
I strongly recommend selecting French doors. First off, my opinion is that they look a lot better. I'll just say it: a lot classier and more solid. Second, generally they ARE studier and more stable. Third, with most houses they can compliment the design and enhance the value of the house. Finally, they do not have the inherent problem that sliding doors have: all traffic walks or rolls or stumbles across a delicate little groove which must remain undamaged for the entire window to function properly.
The two sets of French doors I put in my house 12 years ago have functioned well all those years, including changes of hardware to match other changes in style. They open wide for moving big things -- couch, refrigerator -- in or out. People like them. Realtors like them .
Replacing the whole thing -- frame and all -- is often the same price as trying to compromise. Adjusting the opening is often easier than finding the perfect size although I found it easy to get a set made. Getting my two sets of French doors was relatively easy. (Relatively, I said. They are large and heavy.)
Think twice about the blinds between glass. Out here in dusty-land people complain a lot about the dust that manages to get on the blinds despite being utterly sealed.
Barbara have you tried dealing directly with a local door and window company? My sliding patio door was supposed to be custom and the price quoted was much cheaper than a big box store. They ended up selling me one that opened in the middle with 2 stationary "sidelights" instead, so I didn't have to go the custom route and that was even less expensive. I didn't get one with the integrated blinds, but I could have ordered them. The quote included finishing work, and they even brought in an electrician to move a baseboard heater. I couldn't believe the bang for my buck compared to the other stores. You could also buy this type of add-on frame, but unless your door is newer, it wouldn't be worth it, and it may not work if you have one door that slides in front of the other. https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.25-inch-x-66-inch-white-add-on-blind-for-flush-frame-doors.1000707807.html#
They can help you with other types of doors too, and may be able to retrofit a standard size double door or whatever, and do the frame/trim work for you.
