How can you fix a badly pitted, painted concrete basement floor?
The floor probably dates back to the late 1920's/30's. Some of the pits are large and deep. Since it had been painted we've been told there is nothing we can do. We'd like to make it look better, but it is not a living area....just a favorite basement to store stuff in, wash and dry clothes, store canned foods etc. Any ideas?
