You can try to clean it off with nail polish remover, WD40, or Mr. Clean Eraser. Some cleaners like bleach, toothpaste, hairspray will remove some but not all of it. All else fails you can paint over it. Make sure you prime with Zinsser 123 primer then your paint.
One step further...i stained my shower floor tiles with blue hair stain. I have tried bathroom cleaners with bleach, pure bleach, magic eraser. Any other ideas?
Toothpaste usually works! Good luck!!

My daughter done the same some years ago.I put some bleach on cotton wall balls and stuck them on with a mild sticky plaster.Keep checking every half hour as it will lighten the paint a bit....
I would try hair bleach. I don't know if you could talk to someone at a salon that might give or sell you a scoop and enough peroxide. 40 volume I would think. Mix it at home as they direct and dab on with a brush. Check every 5 minutes or so to see if it is lifting. It takes the colour out of hair so maybe it will work on a wall.
Thx. I'm up for trying almost anything
use a primer first then a semi gloss paint easy to clean more tip email at jamesarolli1@optonline.net free no charge
I just have to say my daughter dyed her hair black and got it all over the walls, I used a magic eraser and rubbing alcohol with some arm force behind it and it WORKED!!!!
I was dying my hair. And it said to wait about 30 minutes. So i did but I kept moving so it would dry quicker. And when I turned into my hallway I got the dye all over my walls. What I did was I added water, shampoo, lemon juice, soft soap, and cera vê cream. I added it inton a spray bottle and Spray away!! It worked awesome!
Hi there ...
I used 70% rubbing alcohol ... hair dye was removed quickly & very easily :))
All the best!
Try rubbing alcohol, it worked like a charm for me!
I tried all of them and the only one that worked was the bleach. Only thing it it was in a switch plate and some of the bleach got into the plug and the lights went out. I fixed the breaker but it happened again so I am going to wait until it dries out. Hope I don't lose power again. The bleach was the only thing that took all of it off.
