I can't get myself to throw these out because I think there must be a cool project for them.
I use a reciprocating saw and cut through the nails. A jig saw with a metal blade may work. Prying with a crow bar will work but some of the boards can break. Use a circular saw to cut the boards out ( you will have some waste).
